New KDS view chimes only for changed tickets in Horizontal modifier display mode

Previously, when Modifier display mode was set to Horizontal, prep station kitchen display system (KDS) devices using the new KDS view played a ticket-update chime for tickets with modifiers, even when those tickets hadn't changed. The chime now plays only when the ticket changes.

How to verify

1. In Toast Web, go to Front of house > Order screen setup > UI options and set Modifier display mode to Horizontal.

2. On an expediter KDS device that uses the new KDS view, fulfill an item. Prep station KDS devices don't play a ticket-update chime for tickets that didn't change.
