Recently fulfilled tickets stop flashing in the new KDS view

Previously, in the new kitchen display system (KDS) view, tickets in the recently fulfilled section kept flashing when another device fulfilled them before they were acknowledged. Recently fulfilled tickets now stop flashing once they're fulfilled.

How to verify

1. In Toast Web, go to Kitchen > Printers, tickets, & KDS devices > Kitchen and ticket setup and set Flash Changes to Flash changes.

2. On a KDS device that uses the new KDS view, select Show recently fulfilled. Create several tickets.

3. The new tickets flash. Fulfill the tickets on a second device. The recently fulfilled tickets no longer flash.
