View real-time Uber Eats courier status in the Toast POS app

If your location uses the Uber Eats integration, you can now track Uber Eats courier status in real time from the Payment Terminal in the Toast POS app. You can see delivery progress, such as when a driver is assigned, is en route, or has delivered the order, the same way you do for Toast Delivery Services (TDS) orders. You can manage delivery handoffs without checking a separate Uber Eats tablet or tool.

How to verify

In the Toast POS app, go to the Payment Terminal and open an active Uber Eats delivery order. The order list and check details show real-time courier status, such as Driver Assigned or En Route.
