Improved gift card scanning on Toast Go 2 devices

Scanning gift cards on Toast Go 2 devices uses a new camera system, which improves performance and reliability. The interface is updated to make scanning gift cards more stable while maintaining existing functionality. This improvement eliminates problems with application responsiveness during gift card scanning.

The changes in this update already affect Toast Go 3 devices.

This change is first available in Toast POS app version 2.95.

This change only affects Toast Go 2 devices.

This change is in limited release and will be rolled out to all Toast POS locations starting on November 11, 2025.
