New KDS now supports scrolling through tickets instead of paging

Previously, the new kitchen display system (KDS) view showed tickets on fixed pages, so you had to navigate page by page. The new KDS view now supports continuous scrolling through tickets, showing them in columns instead of pages. Tickets that span two columns are now split, with a CONTINUED tag added to show that part of the ticket carries over to the next column. This reduces empty space on tickets and makes better use of the screen.
