Cash payments complete successfully when cash rounding results in a negative amount

Previously, the Toast POS app could crash when processing cash payments at locations with cash rounding enabled if the rounding calculation resulted in a negative service charge. Cash payments now complete successfully even when negative rounding amounts occur.
