Guestbook data and guest directory are now available on the Toast POS app

You can now access guestbook information and a guest directory directly from your Toast POS app. The guest lookup interface for takeout and delivery orders, as well as the change customer workflow, now display guest tags, notes, and past orders when a guest account is matched.

Additionally, a new Guest Directory mode is available under Manager Activities, allowing you to search and review guest profiles in a read-only format.
