Gift card restrictions for add value transactions

Previously, multiple "add value" transactions could be processed simultaneously on a single gift card, leading to duplicate value being added. The Toast platform now restricts gift card add value transactions so that only one can be processed at a time for each gift card, preventing duplicate additions and ensuring accuracy.
