Fast Cash payments streamlined with removal of Change Due dialog

When you use Fast Cash with Always Print Receipt enabled for cash payments, the Change Due dialog no longer appears. This prevents the display of a $0.00 change due message and removes access to the Void button. Checks now close immediately, and you are returned directly to the order screen.

This change streamlines the checkout process and prevents check states that could cause confusion.
