Tab names auto-populate when you use chip-enabled cards for pre-authorization

Previously, when you would insert a chip-enabled card into a card reader for pre-authorization, the tab name did not auto-populate. Now, when you insert a chip-enabled card into a payment chip-reader to pre-authorize a transaction, the Toast POS automatically captures the cardholder's name to populate the tab name. This bypasses or fills in the "Enter tab name" prompt automatically, streamlining checkout for quick-service and bar environments.
