Sort and filter bar in payment terminal is now persistent for a more stable layout

The sort and filter bar in the payment terminal is now persistent and stays visible even when no filters are active. Previously, the bar could disappear and cause the layout to shift when you tapped column headings. The bar now scrolls horizontally, hides redundant filter chips automatically, and shows a Reset button when you apply filters other than the default, giving you a more stable, predictable experience while managing live orders.
