Editing KDS settings now requires a single permission

Previously, accessing the Device Setup screen from the kitchen display system (KDS) overflow menu required the Terminal Setup permission, and modifying KDS settings required an inconsistent combination of both the Terminal Setup and KDS and Order Screen Setup permissions. You can now access the Device Setup screen and configure all KDS settings using only the KDS and Order Screen Setup permission.
