Modifiers nested under size modifiers now display on Grid KDS

Previously, modifiers nested under size modifiers did not display on the kitchen display system (KDS) Grid view, which could lead to incomplete order information for kitchen employees. Modifiers nested under size modifiers now display correctly on the KDS Grid View.
