View proof of delivery photos for Toast Delivery Services orders on the Toast POS app

You can now view the proof of delivery photo for a Toast Delivery Services (TDS) order from the overflow menu in the check preview on the Toast POS app. You can confirm that an order was delivered without leaving the Toast POS app, which helps you resolve a guest's delivery dispute faster.

How to verify

To verify this update, open a completed Toast Delivery Services order on the Toast POS app, select the overflow menu in the check preview, and view the proof of delivery photo.

Availability

First available in Toast POS version 2.118.

This change is rolling out to Toast locations starting October 15, 2026.
