New KDS view fire times display accurately for all routing configurations

Previously, the new kitchen display system (KDS) view showed a negative fire time for a modifier that routed to a different prep station than its parent item. Fire times now display accurately at every station.

How to verify

To verify this fix, use a location in Test Mode to place an order with a modifier that routes to a different prep station than its parent item. The fire timer shows the correct time on new KDS view at both expediter and prep station KDS devices.
