Additional space on Toast handheld devices when adding menu items

When adding menu items to a check on a Toast handheld device, the collapsible header now automatically closes, providing more space to view the check. The secondary actions that used to live in the header, like Server, Dining Option, Service Charge, Split, and Discount, have been moved to the three-dot overflow menu in the top-right-hand corner of the screen.
