New KDS ticket header text displays correctly for recalled orders

Previously, ticket header text on the new kitchen display system (KDS) would incorrectly render in white on a white background for tickets within a recalled order. Header text, including guest names and table numbers, now follows each ticket’s own recall state, keeping text legible against warning-color backgrounds.
