New KDS ticket pagination now shows ticket counts and jump-to-start and end controls

Ticket navigation on the new kitchen display system (KDS) now shows a ticket count instead of page numbers, along with jump-to-start and jump-to-end controls, so employees can move through the ticket queue more easily.
