New KDS view plays a notification sound when tickets are rushed

Previously, the new kitchen display system (KDS) view did not play a notification sound when a ticket was rushed. The new KDS view now plays a notification sound for rushed tickets, matching the legacy KDS view.

How to verify

To verify this fix, rush a ticket on a device using the new KDS view. Other KDS devices using the new KDS view play a notification sound.
