Improved messaging when card payments are unavailable on the Toast POS app

When card payments are temporarily unavailable due to a payment disruption, the Toast POS app now displays clearer messaging and a visual indicator on payment buttons. This helps you understand the situation and guide guests to alternative payment methods like cash.
