Toast KDS devices now correctly display rushed status for modifiers routed differently from parent items

Previously, modifiers routed to a different prep station than their parent item didn’t display as “rushed” when the parent ticket was rushed at the expo kitchen display system (KDS) device. These modifiers now correctly display the rushed status, so employees at every station know an order has been rushed.
