Post-payment workflow screens transition smoothly

Previously, the Toast POS app could occasionally close unexpectedly if you navigated through payment screens very quickly, specifically during the tip and signature steps. This update improves the stability of the payment workflow to ensure the app remains active and responsive during rapid interactions.
