Send After Pay now fires items to the kitchen only after payment succeeds

Previously, with Send After Pay enabled, items could be sent to the kitchen as soon as you tapped Pay, even if the payment hadn't yet completed successfully. Items are now sent to the kitchen only after payment completes successfully. This improves order accuracy and reduces kitchen waste.
