KDS kitchen tickets show items moved to a different table

Previously, if an item is moved from one table to a different table, the kitchen ticket used CHANGED to indicate this change. Now on the new KDS (grid view), additional text, similar to modifiers, appears below the item to indicate the table where it was moved to.
