New KDS view hides the HELD label and fire times on rushed tickets

Previously, the HELD label and fire times appeared on rushed tickets in the new kitchen display system (KDS) view. The new KDS view now hides the HELD label and fire times on rushed tickets, the same as the legacy KDS view.

How to verify

On a KDS device that uses the new KDS view, rush a ticket. The HELD label and fire time don't appear on the ticket.
