Dismiss the seamless checkout saved card banner on handheld devices

When a guest has a card saved through seamless checkout, a banner appears on the order and check details screens to let your employees know. On Toast handheld devices, this banner now includes a close button so employees can dismiss it when it's not relevant, freeing up screen space. The banner stays dismissed for that check for the rest of the session, then reappears on other checks with a saved card. This change doesn't affect Toast POS tablets.
