House account payments now use an updated workflow

You can now process house account payments using a refactored workflow that provides a more consistent experience with other payment methods, like gift cards and cash. This update applies updated POS styling to the house account redemption modal and includes updated button labels for better clarity. It also adds new functionality to support house account balance limits.
