Auto-print voided kitchen tickets when Uber Eats and DoorDash tickets are voided

You can now print voided order tickets automatically in the kitchen when an order is voided by Uber Eats and DoorDash. This can be configured by enabling the Toast Web setting Configure Order Changes and Voids to Auto Print to Kitchen.

Only orders from DoorDash, Uber Eats, and orders placed in-store can automatically print voided order kitchen tickets. For more information about configuring tickets to auto-print for voided orders, see this Toast Central article.

Availability

This update is available at all restaurant locations that use DoorDash and Uber Eats.
