Auto-printed overview tickets show only the fulfilled item

Previously, when Individual Item Tickets was set to Display each item on individual tickets at both prep stations and expo and a kitchen display system (KDS) device auto-printed overview tickets, fulfilling one item printed an overview ticket with every item on the order. The auto-printed overview ticket now shows only the item you fulfilled. Manually printed overview tickets still show all items on one ticket.

How to verify

1. In Toast Web, go to Kitchen > Printers, tickets, & KDS devices > Kitchen and ticket setup and set Individual Item Tickets to Display each item on individual tickets at both prep stations and expo.

2. On your KDS device, set Auto-print Fulfilled Tickets to Overview Ticket.

3. Fulfill one item ticket. The overview ticket that prints shows only that item. Then select the ticket and print an overview ticket manually. All items print on one overview ticket.
