Combo items appear grouped under the combo name on the guest-facing display

On the guest-facing display (GFD), items in a combo discount now appear grouped and indented under the combo name. This matches how combos already appear on the payment selection screen, the order screen, and printed receipts. Previously, the GFD did not show which items belonged to a combo.

This change applies to locations that have combo discounts configured and use a GFD.
