Confirmation dialog is shown when lowering the amount tendered on a payment.

When you change a payment that already has a tip or uses a digital receipt, and the new amount is lower than the amount originally tendered, the Toast POS app now shows a confirmation dialog before updating. This helps prevent accidentally reducing the payment amount.
