Course pacing now applies only to dining options with the Dine In dining behavior

Previously, course pacing applied to every order placed in the Toast POS app, whatever its dining option, so the kitchen prepared takeout and delivery orders one course at a time. Now, it applies only when the order's dining option uses the Dine In dining behavior. Orders with any other dining behavior send all items to the kitchen at once, without courses.
