The Customer Lookup button on the Toast POS app (Manager Activities > Customer Lookup) has been renamed to Customer Credits. The Customer Credits workflow has not been changed.
Availability
This change is rolling out to all Toast locations starting March 9, 2026.
First available in Toast POS version 2.100.
