Discarding an order no longer cancels other orders when preview tickets are enabled

Previously, when preview tickets were enabled on the kitchen display system (KDS), discarding an order on the POS app could cancel unrelated orders created by other devices. Discarding an order now only cancels that order, without affecting orders from other devices.
