Zebra USB barcode scanner support for gift cards

You can now scan gift card barcodes using external Zebra USB barcode scanners on the gift card entry screen. If a scanned barcode is invalid, an error message displays and valid scans proceed with the gift card workflow.

Availability:
First available in Toast POS version 2.104.
This change is rolling out to all Toast locations starting March 24, 2026.
