Fixed inconsistencies between KDS all day view and legacy dynamic view

The Kitchen Display System (KDS) all day view now operates in the following ways to match the functionality of the legacy, dynamic view on the KDS. 

1. Modifiers are now sorted with multiple quantities at the top of the modifier list.  

2. All levels of modifiers are displayed.  

3. Default modifiers are displayed regardless of the Show Default Mode setting.
