Fulfill all tickets on a page at once in new KDS view

You can now fulfill multiple tickets at once in the new kitchen display system (KDS) view, instead of selecting each ticket individually. Select Fulfill all visible tickets in the overflow menu to clear the tickets on your current page.
Which tickets are fulfilled depends on your configuration:
At a prep station KDS with the start queue enabled, only started tickets are fulfilled.
At a prep station KDS with the start queue disabled, or at an expediter, all tickets are fulfilled, started or unstarted.
