Fulfill off-premise orders directly from the payment terminal screen

An off-premise order is an order whose dining behavior is Takeout, Delivery, or Curbside. You can now fulfill off-premise orders, including takeout, curbside, and delivery, directly from the payment terminal screen. This update allows you to manage and complete these orders without switching screens, providing a more streamlined workflow for your off-premise operations.

Action Button Overview

The following action buttons will now be available outside of Orders Hub for eligible off-premise orders:

Approve 

Allows employees to approve an order when approval is required. Approval is required for all orders placed through first party/Toast online ordering. If a restaurant is not utilizing first party/Toast online ordering, this button will not appear or be applicable.

Fire Now

Allows employees to manually fire the order for fulfillment immediately.

Order Ready

Allows staff to indicate that the order is ready for pickup or delivery.

Complete

Allows staff to mark the order as complete once fulfillment is finished. Orders can only be marked complete if they have been paid for.
