Grid view for KDS devices matches dynamic view behavior

KDS devices using grid view have updated in the following ways to match dynamic view behavior:

• Grid view for KDS devices now displays up to 30 production items. Previously, grid view was limited to eight production items.

• Grid views modifier group sort order now displays removed default modifiers last. Previously, grid view displayed removed default modifiers first.
