Grid view ticket timers have been fixed and now continue until the highest level of fulfillment

For KDS devices using grid view, ticket timers now continue until the highest level of fulfillment is reached for the ticket. Previously, the ticket timer incorrectly stopped at the fulfillment level before the highest level of fulfillment, instead of continuing until the highest fulfillment level.
