Held tickets fire when you fire each item individually on new KDS view

Previously, on a kitchen display system (KDS) using the new KDS view, a held ticket still showed HOLD after you fired each of its items individually from the item fulfillment dialog. The ticket now fires, and its fire timer starts, once you fire its last item.

How to verify

To verify this fix, set Fulfill Items to Enable individual item fulfillment. Send a held ticket to a KDS device and fire each item individually from the item fulfillment dialog. When you fire the last item, the ticket fires and the fire timer starts.
