Improved tip adjustment workflow for payments with an existing tip or digital receipt

When you access the payment screen for checks that already have a tip or a digital receipt, the keypad now automatically focus on the tip field instead of the payment amount. This change helps prevent accidental reductions to the payment amount when servers intend to adjust only the tip. If a server without tip-edit permissions attempts to use the keypad, a manager approval dialog appears.
