Kitchen tickets with course pacing and routing rules have been fixed, and now print for subsequent courses

Kitchen tickets now print when firing subsequent courses when using course pacing and item routing rules. Previously, when the first course fired, the first course would print with the first course labeled “FIRE” and the rest of the courses labeled “HOLD”. When the next course was fired, the ticket indicating the next course fired was not printing.
