Manage email marketing preferences on Toast kiosk devices

Your guests that use Toast kiosk devices can now choose to opt in or opt out of email marketing when they provide their email address with a new checkbox. If the guest checks the box, they are subscribed to email marketing. If they leave it unchecked, their email marketing status remains unchanged. The new checkbox appears when you first enter your email to check in for an order, and on the Would you like a receipt? screen.

First available in Toast POS version 2.103.

This change is rolling out to international Toast locations starting March 12, 2026.
