Minimum quantity for item-specific discounts can now be less than one

You can now configure an item-specific discount to require a minimum quantity that is less than one.

Previously, discounts that targeted a specific item required a minimum quantity of one unit to be applied. This prevented discounts from being used on items sold in partial quantities, such as products sold by weight.

With this change, you can configure a discount to apply to any amount of an item, such as 0.5 pounds of cheese or a 0.5 rack of ribs.
