More efficient recall handling in assembly lines

Improvements to the recall process in kitchen operations assembly lines make ticket corrections faster and more efficient.

  • If a recall is triggered from a prep station, the ticket will now go back to that same station, rather than to the start of the line.

  • If a recall is triggered by an expediter, the ticket will continue to return to the first station in the assembly line (no change).

Availability

This update is in limited release for Toast POS v2.95 and later versions. Not all Toast locations have access to this feature.
