Multi-location restaurants now have access to Full menu view in menu manager

Restaurants that use the multi-location module to share configuration among locations now have access to Full menu view in menu manager. Full menu view lets you see an expandable, hierarchical representation of your menu. This view also has quick editing features for adding, removing, and archiving menu entities.

This is the first phase of Full menu view for multi-location restaurants and it has some limitations that are described in Menu manager and multi-location restaurants.

This update is in limited release. Not all Toast POS locations have access to this feature.
