New gift card activation receipts

You can now print an activation receipt with the sale of a gift card. An activation receipt is a small receipt that confirms a gift card has been activated. The receipt includes the following details:

• Last four digits of the gift card number that was activated

• The amount added to the gift card

• Timestamp of the sale

• Check number for the transaction that sold the gift card

To enable gift card activation receipts, navigate to Payments > Gift cards and select Adjust receipt settings from the blue banner at the top of the gift card setup screen. Once activated, an activation receipt will print with each gift card sale.
