New KDS individual prep station fulfillment indicator

When individual prep station fulfillment is enabled, a yellow indicator displays on expediter Kitchen Display System (KDS) devices to indicate an item has been fulfilled by at least one prep station. Availability 

This feature is in limited release. Not all Toast restaurant locations have access to this new feature. Only Toast support can enable and disable the feature.
