New KDS ticket headers get improved color contrast for better legibility

Ticket header colors on the new kitchen display system (KDS) now offer improved contrast. Text automatically switches between black and white as needed, so ticket headers, item highlights, dining option borders, and modifier highlights stay legible in both light and dark modes.
